Account and Data Deletion
To delete a Kral Batak account, open your profile in the app, choose Delete Account and confirm the second prompt. This removes the email, device keys, profile, avatar choice and game account record from the server.
If You Cannot Access the App
Send an email from the email address used on the account to [email protected] with the subject "Kral Batak account deletion". The request must come from the same email address so it can be verified.
Deleted and Retained Data
After deletion, account-linked email, device keys, profile data, built-in avatar choice, block records and server session records are removed. App Store purchase/subscription records required for legal or accounting reasons may be retained after being detached from the user account.
