Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 7, 2026. Akasoft processes limited data needed to operate Kral Batak, Eşli Batak and 4uncu.com, protect accounts, verify purchase/subscription status, provide support and keep the community safe.
Information We Collect
We may process email address, display name, built-in avatar choice, device verification public key, game score/statistics, room and table state, chat messages, reports and support records, IP address, session security logs and technical error logs. Apple subscription or purchase verification records are kept only for entitlement and accounting compliance.
Ads and Subscriptions
Rewarded ads may be provided through Google AdMob. The ad provider may process device, ad impression, error/performance and similar technical data under its own policies. Gold weekly and monthly subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store; cancellation and refund requests are handled from the user's Apple account.
How We Use Data
Data is used to run the email-based continue flow, enable secure same-device login, match games, keep scores, activate Gold membership entitlements, prevent abuse, answer support requests and meet legal obligations.
Permissions
The core app experience does not request camera, photo library, location or microphone permission. The app uses built-in avatars instead of profile photos.
Retention and Deletion
Account data is retained as long as needed to maintain the user account. Users can delete the account from the in-app profile screen or use the methods listed on the account deletion page. After deletion, email, device keys, profile and game account records are removed; purchase records required for legal or accounting reasons may be retained after being detached from the user account.
