Acceptable Use

Objectionable content, harassment, threats, hate speech, cheating, automated abuse and attempts to disrupt the normal operation of the services are prohibited. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

The app filters chat text. Users can report and block players from the profile menu. Blocking immediately hides that player's communication and creates a moderation record; the team reviews reported content and accounts within 24 hours.

Account and Access

The passwordless email flow uses a verification code sent to the user's email address and a secure device key on the same device. Users are responsible for the security of their account and device verification key. Akasoft may apply warnings, temporary restrictions or permanent access restrictions to accounts that violate the rules in order to protect community safety.

Gold Membership and Ad Rewards

Gold weekly and monthly plans are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Subscription cancellation, renewal and refund processes are managed from the user's Apple account. Watching a rewarded ad may grant a temporary 1-hour Gold entitlement; an ad reward is not guaranteed cash value or real-money income.

No Real-Money Gambling

Points, gold, silver, chips, Gold membership or any other in-game value cannot be converted to real money, transferred or used for gambling or betting.

Account Deletion

Users can delete the account from the in-app profile screen or use the methods on the account deletion page. Account deletion is permanent and game progress is not guaranteed to be recoverable.
